- I believe you need to check out your local constabulary's website and see how they manage them. This is my one. You may need to attend an auction in person. By the way did you get this idea from this month's New Woman magazine? (i.e. check out police auctions and resell for profit on EBay) I saw that too!
- I used the ProQuest magazine database and located an article from Knight Ridder Tribune Business News. Washington: Jan 30, 2007. pg. 1., titled Police auctions move to Web. The article discusses two on line police auctions, www.propertyroom.com or www.govdeals.com. I would probably check these sites out before I used them. You might want to contact your local police department for guidance. Cindy M. Reference Librarian
- UK Advice: The policeauctionsuk website is not official; but charges to give you the information you need. Bumblebee's good (see other answer), and if you don't mind military stuff, you could look at http://www.edisposals.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/WFS/Disposals-Public-Site/-/-/-/Default-Start You might find this little list useful too: http://www.auctionlotwatch.co.uk/auction.html
