- Most are held at the county or city level and the cars have pretty well been picked over by dealers and wholesalers making sealed bids. Whats left is just that, whats left. The stuff you see on TV does not and never did exist, unless the Sheriff of Backflush Parish sold a new Vette to his son-in-law for $2500.
