- Never heard of it but it sounds pretty sketchy. Usually, if something sounds too good to be true, it is.

They are connections to a wholesaler. Usually you have to pay 300-500 dollars to become a member and you can buy their stuff for cheap so you can resale it.
The auction is for a phone number to a wholesaler, that is all that it is
