1. its a dealer marketing site, should be ok though if you know what you want and know what to pay for it.
2. Ebay motors is the 900 pound gorilla. It does pretty much whatever it wants. We are currently running about a 50% non-paying bidder rate, but it is still the only game in town. Yahoo auctions don't get 5% of the traffic e-bay motors does and Yahoo is a major portal site.
