copyright the scans of my painting and drawing against online ripoff.?
I'm a painter, I sell my oil painting and pencil drawing on eBay. made an auctions but I didn't sell a thing, but someone took the scans of my art which was on my auctions, and sold it as a wallpaper for a penny.. :( Is there is a way that I could copyright and protect the scans and pictures of my stuff against online ripoff??

- yes please check out trademark office you can find it online
- one thing u can do is get a logo put across ur paintings bt make it diagonaly through the image and then that way no one can copy and sell them on.
- I'm just curious how you knew that your artwork was ripped off. Did someone send it to you?
