3. Do like the others said and open an account on E-bay. There are things you should know about the book before you run it though, as the more information you can put in the listing, the better your luck will be in getting a good price. You will need to know the author, title and publishing date, of course, but you should also take the book to someone who deals in old books and get an appraisal and also a proper evaluation of the book. Like in old coins, sometimes only a slight thing will bring the book down from 'Excellant' to 'Very Good'. An inaccuracy in your listing could mean having to refund someone's money and the book being shipped back to you. And we all know how the Postal Service treats the mail! :-)

   If you have a set price you want for the book, you might also try listing it with Amazon.com. I understand they sell old and out-of-print books from individuals, just like they do for stores.
