Have anyone else been burned by Bidz.com?

I purchased my Christmas presents on this online site - and after not being able to get in touch with the 24 online customer service-I checked the site by googling it--- it is under investigation by the states DA for many false claims- wrong jewelry, not what was stated in the auction, etc. etc. PLEASE SOMEONE OUT THERE- DID ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM??? I LOST MY CHRISTMAS GIFTS---OH THEY DONT SHIP IN ANY REASONABLE TIME FRAME-- USUALLY UP TO 20 DAYS NOW I HEARD. THANK YOU.

3. I would buy stuff on Ebay i went on that website Bidz.com it looks fishy


4. no never had a problem with them sorry you did must be a glitch or you were on the false pop up that's a virus, always make sure your really on the site a pop up will appear and mimic the any web page and take your cash so be careful e-bay does this also eBay took 2 hundred dollars from me and they have no record of it same as you.
