Has anyone else been ripped off by an online jewelry auction?

I paid alot of money for junk and now they won't give my money back - the company is bidz and they sell junk and give you fake appraisals.

1. yes, same here some years ago but from another online seller. they swapped the stone when they could not fetch the target price. certificate issued also did not match the actual item received. very dishonest people around. buy from your neighbourhood jewelers is a safer bet.
