  1. ebay...pay later auction first
  2. You can try find them at http://www.gov-auctions.org/?hop=drpat2003 I was told they sell old police car that dont use anymore since they get new techolongy on car. But they will strip everything off like siren light, sound, scanner, everything. turn into back normal car. Also take look in FAQ one of them says : Q: Where do these cars come from? A: Government Vehicles come from a wide variety of places, but the general rule is as follows: If a vehicle was purchased under a federal or state government contract, then it is eligible to be sold at a government auction. When you think of all the different departments and levels of government across United States, you can see the picture of just how many vehicles are up for auction. Some examples of where your new vehicle might have served include: Federal Government State Government Local Councils organisations Police Services/departments incl. Sheriffs/Marshalls Dep. Fire & Emergency Services Religious Groups & other Non-profit Organisations Universities & other Education Organisations Hospitals & Ambulance Services Also, there are 1000s of repossessed and seized vehicles that are auctioned off at these auctions.
  3. I don't suggest buying vehicles from police auctions, unless you are a mechanic and are planning to fix it up. I have a friend who got not one but two cars from police auctions, both which were lemons. You don't even get a second to check out the car, and they are sold "as is".
