How do I find police auctions without having to pay a site online that might be a scam?
I want to find a police auction so that I can maybe bid on a car but I have no idea where to look! Any help?

- Call your local department and ask them to give you the number to their police auction.
- they are always in the local newspaper.i see them all the time
- You want to go here: www.policeauctions.com You have to at least pay $7.95 for a month worth of access, but you can sign up and browse some of it for free. There are NO legitimate police auction sites that are non-pay. And this one is the number one site nationally. I have been using them for years.
- It depends on your location. I also know that there are allot of police departments that have made agreements with EBay... I know that Toronto has for sure. Good luck.
- My area does everything through the county. I go to the county web-site and they have their on-line auction listed. Items run for a month and the highest bidder gets it. You can go on a certain day to visually check the item you are interested in. There are a lot of areas out there doing things this way. Just verify ahead of time that the car you are interested in has a clear title. I was bidding on a motorcycle and later found out it was a recovered stolen vehicle with no keys or title.
- Hi You can find thousands of different auction and repo cars really cheap at http://www.carauctions.co.nr , its the best online site , it comes with a 60 grantee Hope this helps
- Check the newspaper, or call the local Police Station.
