1. Generally speaking, a corporation should probably do what all the other corporations do. Google is leading the way at trying new things in corporate world. Surely others will follow after witnessing their success at raising capital. Even small loans can now be acquired by online auction (prosper.com). A corporation would owe it to their shareholders to find the most efficient methods of raising needed capital. Online auctions may be one way.
