We are interested in buying a house from the auction, and will need help fixing within 18 months suggestions?
We are looking to buy a house from the auction. However, the catch is you have to live in the house, and make any and all necessary repairs within the first 18 months. Has anyone ever done this, and if so, how did you manage?
