If you have a product that people want at a price that they are willing to pay, you've already knocked the ball out of the park.
I think that a good description of the item for sale is most important. Next would be the seller's feedback rating. If you've received a high rating on your feedback, I'm going to be confident about bidding on your item. If you've got a lot of negative feedback, nothing you write in the item description is going to entice me.
