- put their name on the internet
- hmmm.....send a letter the the local media saying they failed to register as a child sex offender...haha,...
do they have that in england? we have it here in the usa
- Send them drugs without a return address then call the police and say you suspect them of possession?
- you are immature and need to grow up theres my help
- write them one more time and threaten negative feedback - ebayers hate getting that - your feedback rating is your reputation. click on their feedback rating and see if they have received any other negative marks. Depending on how many feedback points they have - their rating should be very close yo 99.9 or better. I have 2 negs on over 1200 scores and both the negs were bogus - I should be 100%
- Well, you may want to post a blog about them, or then again, you could always diss them here, give us all the nitty gritty details and then send them the link to the page, once you've chosen your best answer.... Ask people here if they've ever been ripped off by so-and-so of such-and-such a place... See what you get as feedback. You may also want to report them for fraud to the police... Internet fraud is a big thing and you'll get Interpol involved. They may have been after these jerks for awhile now and you'd be the one to help them catch the crooks! Now that's much better than getting revenge... It's called getting even!
- Well there is many good ways to get revenge. Some good ideas include TP-ing their house, egging their house...(their are many things you can do to their house). Sending mass emails around with some bad things about the person. I would go for something not to serious (you don't want to go to jail), but doing something to their house is always enjoyable and good revenge. You could also post their name on the internet everywhere, or give them a lot of negative feedback on whatever website you were trading on. Spreading false news about them is good also. Good luck!
- Thieves don't have any limits as to the amount they will steal. Revenge of any kind will not make you feel better. If you shopped from a reputable on-line auction house, you should know that you can report this person. Furthermore you can post a complaint and warning on their site.
Next time, know your source. Buyer should always beware.
- File a criminal complaint for fraud.
You can't get ahead. You can't even get even. And if you list their house for sale, or advertise a massage parlor there, or something like that, *you* are guilty of criminal mischief.
So you're left with doing what you can do. You file a criminal complaint for fraud.
- Sort another ebay name (you'll need another email address tho and address (phone book??)) wait n see if they list something, buy it and wreck they're feed back then do another one and so on.(make sure its payable by cheque or postalorder)
Alternativley log on to some internet sites so they receive lots of junk calls and mail etc.
By the way if you paid with paypal you'll get your money back, just leave it for about 7/8 days and make a claim.
Pay back's a bitch eh!!!!
- It sounds that you are making a big deal over a tenner! EBay has a dispute resolution procedure and you can post negative feedback. I would do that myself - not only to have closure and get on with my life - but also because they may have done this before. By using the official pathways you may help to highlight a regular cheat who needs to be blocked.
Are you really sure they are ignoring you? Theft is theft so you can legitimately report them to the Police if you are sure. Why not write a formal letter threatening such a report if you do not get a refund plus costs after 30 days? You can send this guaranteed next day delivery and legally add that cost to the amount owed. Under 30 days and most courts would consider you hasty.
- hmm revenge, now you have to be careful that it dont border on the harrassement side of things.
as you have their name and address, look up their phone number if you can get it. make sure the details you have are correct.
then phone a local/national radio station and explain it to them, im sure Scott Mills on radio 1 will be up for a wind up,
then publicly confront them on national radio and keep doing it a few times till you get an good proper "F**K off" response from them heh heh
- Sarah,
Revenge makes you their equal. Surely you are more than they.
The revenge will hurt you more than it hurts them. Right now they own your emotions (you are upset), they own your time (you think about them) and they control portions of your life.
A wonderful thing happens when you forgive. You set yourself free.
