What is the best way to start your own on line auction web site?
Has anyone had success with an auction web site of their own? If so what is your focus?

- I tried once, using PHPAuction. Nobody came though. It is very hard to compete with Ebay and the other auction sites.
- The best way is to begin your own auction house first because with e-bay and amazon etc it is extrememly hard to compete straight off the bat.
