how to do real estate auctions live and on-line?
I am trying to sell pre-foreclosure and foreclosure properties through an auction, and need to know how to do this live, and how to do it on-line. What I need to have in place in order to get this up and running.

- First, to do a live auction you should check your local area for auctioneers. The other option is to go with a national company like Williams & Williams. As far as online auctions there are lots of options out there and they continue to grow. Ebay is the well known. We also offer an online auction system REI Auctions.
