A overseas buyer has make payment through Western Union. The payment has been approved. Should i then send the products first before I can collect the $$? So the money is Guarantee that I am able to get it, after I sent out the item? The buyer might not release the $$ to me unless I shipped out the item? Okie, thanks. Is Paypal more reliable than Western Union?

- Yeah... you can send your product after you know your payment approved. This can make your business fluent... your customer not to be waiting...
- No, do not send product until you have CASH, not a balance in hand. You should wait 21 business days for international checks to clear. It is very likely you are being scammed. If you release product to buyer, how sure are you that they will release payment. Unless you have some way to verify the buyer's credit worthiness, I would accept nothing short of cash.
