Is it better to use divs or table to build an online auction website? Please don't say a little bit of both. Thanks!

2. I would prefer to use tables, instead of layers. The impression on the code and design are more organized and easier to maintain. When the page isn't in maximized mode, you can see the table resize itself to fit into picture.
