What is the best alternative to eBay (online auctions) today?

Also, what experience have you had with any of eBay's competitors? Getting sales? What "success percentages" did you get? Also, are your eBay sales going down due to competition from local dollar stores?

2. Well, previously, I would have said that Yahoo! Auctions was the best alternative, but now it's worth looking at eBid, uBid or the classifieds like Craigslist, Loot or Gumtree.
