- i have seen this too, i dont know exactly what they are but am pretty sure what they are They are connections to a wholesaler. Usually you have to pay 300-500 dollars to become a member and you can buy their stuff for cheap so you can resale it. The auction is for a phone number to a wholesaler, that is all that it is
