1. Overstock.com bidz.com bidville.com Good experiences with all 3 for purchasing.
2. http://www.onlineauction.com/ a lot lower fees for sellers. about the same success as ebay as far as functionality just fewer shoppers. I have a feeling as ebay begins (continues) to increase their fees other sites will start to take over market share.
