buying a car from auction, what paper work do i need if i win?
i want to buy a car from a government auction site and it looks cheap. just want to know what do i need to properly own a car. i have my drivers license already what else do i need? and how do i get them

- If you win they will give you the paper work including the clear title. You will need insurance if you plan to drive it, or you can tow it out.
- The generally give you a bill of sale and clear title. After that you would have to follow the state laws you live in. If it is bought out of state you either need to get a temporary tag from the state you are going to be driving it from, transport it yourself on a trailer or hire a transporter.
