If i get a wholesale auto dealer license from out of state ,like in Indiana, is it possible to have access to all the auto auctions across US (public and online). Is there any law that will counter safe operation in my state of residence. assuming someone is based in GA,FL or any of the south eastern states

  1. If you get your dealer license, you would go to your local auction (Mannheim, Adessa, etc) and have them sign you up for an Auction Access ID. That ID allows you access to all major auctions in the US. It automatically registers you with all the major auction houses. You will receive an ID in the mail with a barcode on it, you scan it when you walk into the sale and you are good to go. Laws regarding the resale of those vehicles will always be dictated by the state/county in which they are sold.
