How do I find out if my home is up for auction?
I have recently tried selling my home on short sale, which, undoubtedly failed. Does anyone know how I can find out if my home is going up for auction.

- It will only go up for auction if the bank decides to foreclose. You would have received notice from the bank if that has happened. If you are still making your mortgage payments, the bank has no reason to foreclose.
