How do I start my own small car dealership?? I plan to sell online only....any information is helpful!?

Can any one give me an idea on how to set up my one small dealership? I really want to get me dealers license and get into the car auctions! I plan to rent a small spot to store the cars but do just about all my sales online? Anyone know where to begin? Im really eager to get into the car auctions but I think you need to be an isablished dealer? True? THANK YOU
