My condo neighbor has a notice for unit auction posted on the front door. How long is it before they move?

I really like my neighbor personally, but she and her spouse are divorcing, and hasn't paid any mortgage in over 6 months. I found a notice on our front door of our buidling showing auction on a certain date. How long is it befoer she gets the boot?

2. Look at the date of auction. That is likely the day.

   Note that about 3-4 of these notices are issued and in many cases borrower can avoid the sale or at least defer it. It is diffiult to know if sale was avoided because no public notice is given for that.

   So it is not out of question that at last minute the foreclosure sale could be avoided or postponed.
