Dose Ruger make a new stainless Mini 14 with 16" barrel and flash suppressor?

Ruger does not have one on their web site but I saw one in a gun auction. Is it from the factory like that?

1. I don't know about the barrel, but the flash suppressor was almost certainly an aftermarket item.
2. I saw one at a gun shop last week and it looked like it came from the factory like that. I bought a mini 30 instead. Heres a link to one on gun broker and it says its from the factory.
3. The only 16" barrel with flash suppressor on their site is the Tactical Series and it is not showing as a stainless steel item. They have both standard and folding stock versions. You can buy a stainless in another model and order a custom match grade 16" threaded barrel and then buy a suppressor or comp for It.
4. The stainless with flash suppressor is their Law Enforcement Tactical Series. Contact your local gun shop and see it is available for order to non-LEOs or contact Ruger directly.
5. You may have seen one of Ruger's new Mini 14 Target models. They have a stainless steel barrel with a adjustable Harmonic Dampener. (Look at the picture in the link below) The whole rifle has been redesigned to be more accurate from the bottom up. They are also available in two stock variations.
