When did the new final value fees for fixed price auctions on eBay come into effect?
I just found out that eBay is now charging different final value fees for fixed price auctions. In the past, these FVFs were the same, regardless of the auction format - fixed price or not. Does anyone know when these changes come into effect? That is very important for me to know. Thanks. It can't be last year in August, because I sold a fixed price item in January, and I was charged the old fee.

- I think that they came into effect last year in August. There were several horrible changes to ebay at various times in the past year.
