Where can you buy cars cheaper - traditional car auctions or Ebay car auctions?

- Well, I *did* see some low-priced Saleen Mustangs on eBay... http://motors.search.ebay.com/Saleen_W0QQfromZR40
- Sell on E Bay...buy elsewhere. Amatuer bidders on E bay run the prices too high (for buyers), nicely high for sellers.
- Traditional (public) auctions are the best. Mostly because you can look the car over test drive it, and even strike up a deal without the auction. Ebay is not a good idea for a vehicle purchase unless you have access to the car before you bid on it.
- eBay is a sellers market. There are no bargains on eBay.
- deff local auctions as you have a smaller target audience buying on e bay is a mugs game as others have said with a local one you get a chance to look a the cars before bidding on them oh yeah just about to put my heap of rubbish rover on e bay fancy bidding
