Do I need an FFL license to sell guns at auction in Oklahoma? ?
I would like to hold an auction in Oklahoma and would like to sell guns. Do I need an FFL to do this? If I don't get an FFL can I use an auctioneer that has an FFL to get this done legally?

- as long as someone puts their name on the gun sale you can sell all you want, your name will be on the sale also if you own the guns, if your inviting others to sell their guns, their name would be on the sale as well as the auctioneers.
