where i can get a list of real estate auctions going on in Tampa FL spring hill area? 1.) Any good flipping web sites/ books? 2.) Any good listings web sites? 3.) Hernando County is where I looking for to start flipping.

- You can get a "free" list at your local county office.....Some counties even have them online.....But these are legal documents, so you will have to look up the property's legal description to find the real address, your local country should also have this information....Its tedious work, but once you get the hang of it, its easy....Don't rely on pay sites, all there information is old and useless....Best of luck!
